This Special Economic Zone at Navi Mumbai has a geo-centric advantage of being well-connected locally and globally. Given the proximity to the JNPT Port and the Navi Mumbai International Airport, this industrial zone has direct access to global markets. This is a large-scale land development assignment which included construction of roads, building and all required utilities for a self-sufficient industrial township.

Augmentation and Strengthening of Chas Water Supply Scheme

Project Cost: INR 1.48 Billion

CHAS, a municipality in Bokaro district in the state of Jharkhand, plans to develop the water supply distribution system of the whole area by improving the existing water supply distribution system. This initiative targets expansion of water supply distribution network of the uncovered areas so as to achieve equal and daily supply of water (24x7).
